Prohibited Items  

Under U.S rules and regulations, specific items are prohibited for export. The items below are the most common restricted or prohibited items.

  • Stand alone Lithium-ion battery (PI965) is prohibited. We can only ship items that contain Lithium-Ion Battery (PI967) and things that packed with Lithium-Ion Battery (PI966)
  • Hazardous materials and corrosive material
  • Combustible, flammable items (oil, gasoline, paints, etc.)
  • Pressurized cans, aerosol can products (paint spray can, hairspray, etc.)
  • Indecency items (pornography magazines, adult toys, etc.)
  • Drugs (illegal drugs of any form, prescription drugs, etc.)
  • Firearms, firearms parts & accessories, any items under the control of ITAR (ammunition, gun, scopes, military weapons & accessories, night vision goggles, etc.)
  • Specific restricted things like perfume or tobacco product can be export but will require additional documents.
  • Monetary items (cash, precious metal, coins, etc.)
  • Agriculture and produces (animals, live or dead plants, fruits, fur, etc.)


Prohibited Countries / Embargoed Countries

FleetaWorld cannot deliver to the following countries.

Prohibited Countries: Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela.


Embargoed countries: Burma, Code d'Ivoire, Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, People's Republic of China, Somalia, The Republic of Sudan.


  • Our list of countries will be updated frequently in conjunction with the US Customs Border Protection, US Department of Homeland Security, OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control)




  • All packages are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid. Fleetaword is not responsible for any duty and tax subject to any package being export. It is a sole duty of the recipient to pay for the tax and duty of packages upon receiving in his/her country.
  • All packages are subjected to be inspected before export due to the requirement of shipping carriers and US Customs Border Protection.
  • All items being exported must meet the compliance of the US Department of Commerce, US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs Border Protection.
  • All items being export must follow the regulation of our shipping carriers. If items do not meet the requirement or are considered Prohibited items, we will not be able to ship the items.
  • The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimate delivery dates are based on major/popular countries only. The actual time for a package delivered to each country may vary.
  • Any illegal contents, material, and goods will be turned to the US authority and law enforcement for any needed investigation.
  • Any item or package that is over $2500 will need Electronic Export Information. Only DHL will be able to send such value packages. Fleetaworld will assist the customer with Electronic Export Information (EEI), the fee is $40. Please message us for more info.
  • Shipments can be delivered to most street addresses. However, our carriers do not offer P.O.Box delivery at this time.
  • In areas where street delivery is not possible, packages can be delivered to the nearest carrier service point where you can pick up your package.


Insurance & Claim

  • Insurance value for the package can’t exceed the actual value of the items. Custom declarations are used to determine the claim insurance value. Retailer actual invoice is required for all insurance and claims request including lost package during transit, in the facility, or damage & missing items.
  • Only for a lost or non-delivered package, cost of postage will be refunded. For damage or not claimed packages, partial postage may be refundable but not full postage cost.
  • Insurance does not cover for sentimental value items, collectible items, jewelry or precious stone, precious metal.


  • A claim must be filed within 10 days of the package delivery date.
  • For “Lost or Damage Package during shipping”
    • DHL-
      •  Claim can be initiated after 10 days from the initial shipping date
      • Please allow 30-60 days after claim is filed for carrier to process
    • USPS-
      • Claim can be initiated after 30 days from the initial shipping date
      • Please allow 30-60 days after claim is filed for carrier to process
